When this oddly shaped duplex, in very up-scale 100 United Nations Plaza in Manhattan, didn't sell in 1984, the Albanese brothers had us go to work. We gutted the new construction and brought back everything as sculpted ceilings and fine wood built-ins. It sold within 30 days of completion. In 2004 we were back in the building doing a penthouse for a private client, and were surprised to be told that this interior is still intact, twenty years later.
